CPA | Principal since 1997 

Ronald was the controller of a manufacturing firm in Tennessee for three years, prior to working for a local CPA firm in Tennessee for 2 years. He spent the next four years of his career with an international CPA firm in West Palm Beach. He then operated his own CPA firm for 12 years before joining our Firm in 1994.

He received the Certified Valuation Analyst Designation by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts in 1995 (CVA now on inactive status). He has also received
the Certificate of Educational Achievement in Business Valuation, issued by the AICPA in 1997, as well as the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification, issued by the AICPA in 1999.

Certification:

• Certified in Tennessee in July 1978.

• Certified in Florida in June 1979.
